PROCESSING TIMES

• Due to the nature of hand-made candles and the customised colours available all orders have a processing time of 7-10 business days (excluding public holidays). 
• During sale periods and holiday season, please allow for an extra 5 business days to process your order.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking information.
• For larger orders and wholesale (over $300 AUD), there is a processing time for 10-15 business days, in this case, we will email you once your order has been confirmed and notify you of processing and shipping times.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

• For Australian residents, we have a flat rate of $10 AUD for standard shipping. Delivery times for standard shipping is 5-10 business days in addition to processing times.
• For express shipping, we have a flat rate of $15. Delivery times for express shipping is 2-5 business days in addition to processing times.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

• We offer a FLAT RATE to select countries, please see below to see which countries we ship to a the flat rate available.

  ASIA (select countries only) - $35 AUD
  NZ - $35 NZD
  UK - $35 GBP
  US - $35 USD
  CAD - $50 CAD

• Delivery times for standard international shipping is 10-27 business days - however, due to COVID-19, there may be significant delays in delivery. 
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number.
• Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer express shipping to our International customers.
• Customers are responsible for customs and import taxes in their country. Please keep this in mind when purchasing.
