REFUND POLICY

We have a 2 week/ 14-day return policy from the day you receive your delivery if:

  • You have received the incorrect product, in which case we will dispatch the correct product to you OR process a refund to your original payment method

OR

  • The item you received was faulty and/or damaged in transit, in which case we will dispatch a new product to you OR process a refund to your original payment method. Please see more information below for faulty/damaged items.

We do not process a refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • If no contact has been made regarding the product within 14-days of receiving
  • Clearance stock

We aim to ensure our customers are 100% happy with their order, if you ordered a product and are not completely in love with it, we are more than happy to arrange an exchange, however you will be responsible for the return postage and postage of new items.

Exchanges will be process within 2-4 business days of receiving the returned item.

FAULTY/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a faulty/damaged item, please email us within 24 hours of receiving the product with a picture of the item in the box. Please email us at azzucandles@gmail.com and we will begin the process of replacing the item.


CANCELLATIONS

We allow for order cancellations if the product has not yet been dispatched.
